Rescue Dog of the Week: Zorro the Shih Tzu

This pup is blind in one eye, but is as jolly as ever.

Zorro is a young male Shih Tzu. This playful pup enjoys the company of other dogs, but has just as much fun romping around with his stuffed animals and snuggling with his human pals. Zorro is blind in one eye and gets eyes drops daily, but doesn't seem to mind. He is a sweet pooch looking for a great forever home.

Ace of Hearts is a 501c-3 dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs—the day they are to be euthanized—from various Los Angeles shelters and placing them in loving homes. It does not take dogs in. It rescues only from shelters. Its adoption days are normally held every Saturday at the at 508 N. Doheny Drive from 1-4 p.m. Click here for information on how to adopt a rescue dog from Ace of Hearts.
