I don;t believe that someone was paying $160.00 for 10 years. there are precious few years when…Read More there are no rent increases. also, did this person not know what the laws were when he purchased in weho? if he inherited the home and was actually using he should have gone out of the rental business and claimed the extra apt for himself. the bulk of landlords are deep in the black with their multi unit apt complexes. tenants should learn the common area and private area maintenance laws, and file the papers with city hall. i don't believe the landlords should be receiving money to do what is the law.
