West Hollywood is known for its landmark buildings steeped in history. The Golden Age of Hollywood's most famous stars once lived here, like Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable, Tenessee Williams, F. Scott Fitzgerald and so many others.
One of the most beautiful apartment buildings in West Hollywood is the Harper House on N. Harper Avenue. Designed by Leland Bryant and built in 1929, it was originally built for the film industry, actors and other professionals.
