What happened in the first half of July?
Well I'll tell you. 13 homes sold ranging in price from $356,000 to $3,254,000. Bit of a gap there, right?
And 19 condos sold ranging in price from $268,000 to $1,111,000.
You gotta love those busy summer months! Things don't seem to be slowing down, but there are definitely still more buyers and not enough inventory. So if you're on the fence about selling, this may be your time to get top dollar.
I put in an offer for one of my clients last week, ABOVE listed price, and we were STILL not even in the ballpark for what the highest offer was.
