LAUSD to Host Community Meetings to Discuss Laurel School

Two community meetings will be held in the city of West Hollywood in January to discuss Laurel School's new 7th and 8th grade classes. The meetings will be hosted by Board Member Steve Zimmer.

The meetings will allow community members to learn more about the vision for Laurel School’s 7th and 8th grade and share ideas, concerns and questions, the city said in its announcement.

Prior to this year, Laurel School served kindergarten through 6th grade students. Laurel School is the only LAUSD school located in the West Hollywood area to serve middle school students.
