Community Update

It's unfortunate that more people do not take the time to write a review when they have experienced OUTSTANDING service.....instead, most are only so inspired when they have what they interpret as bad service.

I have been using Russian Universal services for over 3 years.
I work for a very large, global corporation and consistently apply for passports and visas for my executives and their employees. I heard about Daniel and this company when I was in a bind and needed a quick turnaround on a Russian Visa. It was processed and sent back to me within 2 DAYS! I have not used any other service since. I refer everyone I know to Daniel, at Russian Universal Services, who is and always has been, EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant to work with. I've sent well over 30 requests to him and have never had an issue with ANY of them. For all of those I referred to Daniel, all have come back to me extremely grateful for the connection and with nothing but compliments on him, his customer service and the speed with which he can turn around a request.
I will continue to use Daniel for ALL of my travel documents.
