Michael Lohan Arrested on Suspicion of Domestic Violence in Weho

Another Lohan is facing legal trouble, and this time it isn't Lindsay.

The pop star's father, Michael Lohan, is in custody Tuesday morning for allegedly preventing his girlfriend from calling 911, holding her against her will and causing minor injuries, sheriff's deputies said.

According to the police report, an unidentified person called the at around 9 p.m., reporting a domestic dispute. Lohan, 50, was arrested near the station after deputies found him walking in the 8800 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, said Sgt. John Ratto.

After complaining of a medical condition not related to the incident, Lohan was booked and later transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, according to the sheriff's statement.

The victim, whose name is being withheld (allegedly Lohan’s ex Kate Major), declined medical treatment from Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics, Ratto said.  

Lohan’s bail has been set at $200,000.
