“People did not know what they were supposed to do,” said Jake Dahm, a patron who was at The Abbey on Friday. “Everyone looked bewildered as they threw back their drinks – or carried them out with them – [and headed] out the door.”

The crowd dispersed either to other venues in the area or across the street to the alley in the valet lot to finish their drinks, where some attendees stated they were soaked when the water from the pipe showered down on them.
