When he tried to make a career as a magician, he discovered a fascinating but dark world, quite different from what is portrayed on stage. Now Stone has written a tell-all book, Fooling Houdini: Magicians, Mentalists, Math Geeks, and the Hidden Powers of the Mind. Stone discusses and signs copies of the book at , starting at 7 p.m.
