- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 clove garlic, quartered
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and ⅓ cup liquid reserved
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed
