I'm so pissed! I use the plastic bags for trash and different things. I hate shopping in Santa Monica now because they don't have plastic. Now West Hollywood had to ban then. Statistics show that since they banned plastic bags in the Bay area 5 years ago there is still the same level of the amount of trash/plastic making it's way into the ocean. Just a bunch of tree huggers gone nuts!!! So annoying!!!
