Please join us for the annual meeting of the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission to assess the community, economic, and housing needs of West Hollywood residents. CDC staff will share the needs identified by participants with the appropriate Los Angeles County District Supervisor.
The primary objective of the Community Development Block Grant Program, introduced by the U.S. Congress in 1974, is to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons.
