Weho Holds Candlelight Vigil for Suicide Victims

Participants observe a moment of silence and call for California legislation to protect victims of bullying.

A crowd of about 100 people gathered at West Hollywood Park on Tuesday night to remember teens who have committed suicide as a result of anti-gay bullying.

The speakers included Charles Robbins, CEO of the Trevor Project, Rev. Neil Thomas of Metropolitan Community Church Los Angeles (MCCLA) and City Councilwoman Lindsey Horvath.
