Week in Review: Whisky Fight, Fountain Unveiling and a Star-Studded Centennial

Between two men getting arrested after on Tuesday and a engaging the likes of Mike Farrell and Thora Birch at West Hollywood Elementary on Friday, there was plenty to discuss this week in West Hollywood.
