Sol Barket, the developer of the set to go into the old Tower Records location at 8801 Sunset Blvd, sent an email to city officials early Sunday morning indicating he was withdrawing the project because he did not think he had the votes from the City Council for the project to pass.

Missing Persons and Crime Reports:
