Customers will be able to purchase the new caramel cream tea latte or caramel latte (hot or iced) for just $1 at two retail stores in West Hollywood: . and . The offer is only valid during a three-hour window from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

City Meetings:

• The Transgender Advisory Board is meeting at 7 p.m. in the Community Conference Room at . New business includes discussing a subcommittee about bullying and a calendar of transgender special events, according to the agenda. The board will meet again on Wednesday, Feb. 1.

• Wednesday's forecast is sunny, with a high near 83, according to the National Weather Service. West Hollywood will see mostly clear skies and calm wind. The low is expected to be around 66.
