Supreme Court Rulings on Prop. 8, DOMA Will Likely Come Later This Week
Decisions will be released again on Tuesday.
The Supreme Court issued no rulings Monday on Proposition 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act, the Los Angeles Times reported.
California’s Proposition 8 bans same-sex marriage in the state. The Defense of Marriage Act bars same-sex couples who are legally married from receiving federal benefits, according to the Times.
Decisions will be released again on Tuesday, the Times reported.
