The Abbey Represents Weho at White Party Weekend

West Hollywood's popular gay bar and restaurant takes its annual pilgrimage to Palm Springs for the three day dance event.

West Hollywood's premier gay and lesbian bar, lounge and restaurant hit the road last weekend.  staff with Founder David Cooley dressed in white and joined over 20,000 men in Palm Springs for one of the largest gay circuit parties in the United States.

The three day event kicked off Friday with multiple parties in and around the Palm Springs Convention Center. Pop singer Robyn headlined the White Party, a dance set for 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Saturday, which featured an act from Cirque du Soleil's “Zumanity.” Sunday saw a 15-minute fireworks display choreographed to music by English house band, The Freemasons, for the White Party Tea Dance.

The Abbey hosted a VIP room and filled it to the brim with West Hollywood bartenders, models and other locals who made the trip. "The annual pilgrimage to Palm Springs is a big gay West Hollywood tradition," said a representative from The Abbey.
