State Social House, the three-tiered social/dining/entertainment concept, will open to the public beginning Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. until 2 a.m. serving only dinner through Sunday. The restaurant, now in the location formally known as the Red Rock Bar, will begin regular hours, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Monday.
The restaurant will house four bars, 20 big screen TV’s, dark wood floors and seating on the first floor, dining area, piano bar and Backroom Smokers Lounge with a variety of cigars available.
The menu is by Executive Chef Vernon Cárdenas, former corporate executive chef for Innovative Dining Group's Boa, Katana and Sushi Roku and former executive chef of Pink Taco.
