City Meetings:

  • The Urban Arts Subcommittee is holding a special meeting at 3:30 p.m. in the Community Conference Room to discuss priorities and projects for the next budget cycle 2012-14, and receive a presentation for Stage 3 of the Urban Art Project at 612-616 Croft Ave. Read the full agenda here.
  • The Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission meets at 5 p.m. in the Community Conference Room to review and discuss proposed projects for , and receive a presentation from artist Todd Williamson on the temporary pop-up art project, . Read the full agenda here
  • The Planning Commission Design Review Subcommittee is meeting at 5:30 p.m. in Plummer Park Room 5. On the agenda is a public hearing on the 16-unit condominium project at 1264 N. Harper Ave.
  • The Women's Advisory Board meets at 7 p.m. in the Community Conference Room. On the agenda is an update from staff regarding the new City Council initiated program against domestic violence and a discussion about participating in the 10th annual West Hollywood Book Fair on October 1.

The Forecast:
