The West Hollywood Women's Advisory Board and the Chamber of Commerce are holding the 16th annual event from 6-8 p.m. at Phyllis Morris (655 N. Robertson Blvd.). To RSVP, call 323-848- 6823. Admission is $15 and event proceeds will benefit the West Hollywood Youth Scholarship Fund.
