There’s also a lobby area in the hotel where it serves cocktails and small plates. The House features the Sky penthouse, which offers views of L.A., parquet floors, vintage furniture and booths. The terrace garden dining area is lined with olive trees and a retractable roof. The terrace also features a sitting room and private dining area with full bar for private events and screening. The area seats about 140 people. The screening room accommodates about five people and hosts movie and TV screenings, presentations, businesses meetings and conferences.
