Dominick’s Restaurant is an historic West Hollywood landmark. The original restaurant was established in 1948 and it was a watering hole for Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack. In 2004 it was taken over by restaurateurs Warner Ebbin and Brandon Boudet who also own the popular 101 Coffee Shop in Hollywood. Although the property has been renovated it still hasn’t lost its original speak-easy charm. Every night is like Sunday night at a favorite Italian restaurant in New York City. There is an outdoor garden where dinners enjoy the scent of the kitchen’s herb garden and twinkling lights hanging from the large trees in the courtyard. It serves contemporary Italian cuisine that’s fueled by ingredients from the farmers markets. The bar pours specialty cocktails and the wine cellar offers Italian and California wines by the glass, carafe and bottle. It’s also a popular spot for special events such as birthdays and anniversaries.
