Barney's Beanery

Right in the middle of gay West Hollywood is the straightest bar in the world -- the historic Barney's Beanery. It is built on the old Route 66 highway and sells t-shirts and hats celebrating this fact. The Beanery is the place to throw back a pint and watch the game. Sports memorabilia covers the walls and ceiling; it serves the typical pub food of fried stuff but created with a Mexican foodie slant. Barney's Beanery now has four locations, but this is the original.
