As part of the month-long celebration of Ray Bradbury's book Fahrenheit 451, the library will be hosting poets Steven Reigns, Mike the PoeT, and Teka-Lark, who will read and discuss their favorite poetry works by Ray Bradbury.
The event will take place in the Community Meeting Room of the West Hollywood Library at 7pm on Wednesday and will be, like all library events, free of charge.
Other events during this final full week of the city-wide Big Read include a discussion of Fahrenheit 451 on Thursday evening, and a panel presented by the Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society discussing Ray Bradbury's influence on science fiction. The panel will take place on Saturday, April 28 at 4pm.
