Go for the Gold (Without Spending Yours)

Try 39 days of free local workouts.

Have the Olympics inspired you to jump off the couch and get into shape? It may take tens of thousands of dollars per year to compete as an Olympian, but we’ve found a way for you to train like a pro, free of charge, for the rest of the summer. Below are 39 opportunities to try out twelve local workout spots and while you’re taking these gyms for a test-drive, you may just find the right one for you.

If you’re a beginner, we recommend resting a day in between workouts to allow your muscles time to heal (and remember, always consult your doctor before embarking on an Olympic training spree).

This could be a game-changer. You may not have made it to London this summer, but we’ll look out for you in 2016.
