boxing basics workshop

This is your chance to unleash your inner Rocky!! Both adults and kids are invited to this event.
-Here are the basics:
-Workshop starts @ 1:30 p.m. sharp. It will roughly last 1 1/2 hrs.
-The charge is $30.00 per person. Starter kit included.
-You don't have to be super fit or have prior experience to join.
... -Wear your usual sportswear and we will provide the rest.
-The workshop will be conducted by 2 trainers. Jorge "Kid Flash" Diaz Former professional boxer & sparring parter to Manny Pacquiao & Master Scot Lewis 4th Dan in Taekwondo & owner of SCTC kickboxing.
-Minimum age requirement is 8yrs old.
-Men, Women & Children may participate.
