Angel City’s Hollywood Scarlets vs. San Diego’s Starlettes


Los Angeles, CA – August 1, 2012- August is a scorcher in LA, and it’s about to get even hotter when our own Hollywood Scarlets take on the San Diego Starlettes!   

This will be San Diego’s first bout against our Hollywood Scarlets. The Scarlets, currently ranked 8th in the WFTDA West region, are welcoming new players to the team, as well as many returning favorites. So bust out your finest scarlet and gold and come on down to cheer these ladies on!

The Hollywood Scarlets will host the San Diego Starlettes at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium on  Sunday, August 19th at 6:30 pm. Doors open at 5:00PM. 

But wait! There’s more! We start slinging the stars and scars earlier with a showcase bout featuring our Rising Stars, our brand spanking new members of ACDG! The showcase bout kicks off at 5:30PM. 

The Culver City VMA is located at 4117 Overland Avenue. Parking is available at the auditorium. Tickets can be purchased in advance at http://acdgaug2012-es2.eventbrite.com/?rank=4, or day-of-bout at the door; $14 for General

Admission, or $25 for VIP seating.

Concessions will be sold before and during the bout, including beer and wine for those 21+ with a valid I.D.
