More men are stepping into the kitchen these days. Some know what they’re doing. Others don’t. This is the first in the series of Men’s Club Cooking Classes at Whole Foods Market, 3rd & Fairfax. Our cooking class is designed to meet the specific needs of men who want more confidence in the kitchen. We know that everyone cooks for different reasons – to impress friends, improve health, save money, or even to get your mind off the stresses of work. It’s fun, flexible and practical. Lock down your basic knife skills, braising, roasting, stocks, rubs, seasonings, woods, sauces, brining, injecting and more. By the end of the series, you will have the tools to create a delicious, multi-course meal using local, seasonal ingredients that wont stretch the wallet.
