Reinstatement Workshop for Nonprofits (LA/ HoB) & Fund Development and Grant Strategic Plans

Is your nonprofit in trouble? Have you been terminated by the IRS? You are not alone. In just Los Angeles there are 3,481 revoked organizations and in Orange County 2,222. Those numbers combined are higher than many states!

Many people know there is a problem, but no one is doing anything about it. Until now.

Please join us at our FREE workshop which is generously hosted at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, who are great supporters of nonprofits and fund raising events.

You will understand:

  • HOW this happened
  • WHY it happened
  • WHAT are your options now? Do you reinstate? Start over?
  • and most important: How to stop this from happening again and to run your organization with maximum potential, efficiency and focus.

AND, for those that are NOT in trouble...

We will share how to become "Grant-worthy", which involve the processes and strategies to help make your organization desirable and more likely to get grant money from foundations, endowments and the government. You will learn how to operate like a for-profit business with defined strategies and implementation.

Getting grants does not happen by accident; it is a process and one that is more difficult today than ever before. Did you know there are billions of dollars in grant money that goes unfunded every year?  It's a matter of knowing WHO to ask, HOW to ask, and understanding how to make an impactful "First Impression."
This program will help you understand Fund Development and Grant Strategic Plans and will show you the roadmap to follow for sustainability. Donor cultivation and planned giving will be discussed, all in the  effort to help you maximize the amount of help you can give to your causes.

This workshop is conducted by Nonprofit Development Alliance (NDA) which specializes in Fund Development, Grant Strategies, Accounting Services- and Compliance,  division of OPIS Network (below) supports nonprofits in three key areas:
