Monday's Scoop: City Council to Hear Kings Road Complex Appeal

If approved, two 1920s-era single-family homes at 1232 and 1236 N. Kings Rd. (between Santa Monica Boulevard and Fountain Avenue) would be demolished to make way for a four-story, 25-unit apartment complex.
