Update: Prang, Duran Win Reelection to West Hollywood City Council

Remaining provisional and vote-by-mail ballots are not enough to change outcome of Tuesday's vote.

Update:

Although 750 to 800 provisional and vote-by-mail ballots remain to be counted in the West Hollywood City Council election, the full count is unlikely to change the top two vote-getters, according to City Clerk Corey Schaffer.

That means Mayor Jeffrey Prang and Councilman John Duran have won reelection.

The provisional and vote-by-mail ballots will be counted on Monday, March 11, and the final results will be announced at the March 18 meeting of the West Hollywood City Council, Schaffer said.
