Holiday Food and Toy Drive Begins

Donations will be accepted through Dec. 24 at City Hall.

The 22nd Annual West Hollywood Food and Toy Drive has started and donations will be accepted through Dec. 24.

The City of West Hollywood, in conjunction with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, organizes the event and hopes to assist more than 900 families.

The goal is to provide those families with a holiday meal and two toys for every child. The city collaborates with area school guidance counselors, teachers and principals to identify families in need of assistance.
