Don't Drink and Drive Call to Action

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes kill someone every 31 minutes and non-fatally injure someone every two minutes.

To increase public awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving and help reduce the number of drunk driving-related fatalities and injuries, West Hollywood Sheriff's Station Captain Kelley Fraser, deputies from the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station and Public Safety staff will join together on Thursday, December 9, 2010 for a "Don't Drink and Drive" call to action news conference at 7 p.m. Location to be determined.
