City to Reopen Inclusionary Housing Waitlist for Low-Income Residents

Residents can pick up applications beginning July 1 at West Hollywood City Hall.

West Hollywood's Inclusionary Housing waitlist will reopen to low income applicants starting next month.

"Very low income households from the low income waitlist will be eligible for the Monarch project units and will be chosen by lottery," the city said in a news release. "Low income households that do not participate in the lottery for the Monarch project are eligible for other units within the inventory as they become available."

Applications will be available the entire month of July.

Residents can pick up applications beginning July 1 at West Hollywood City Hall, 8300 Santa Monica Blvd. or at Plummer Park, 7377 Santa Monica Blvd.
