Triple Homicide Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Harold Yong Park is accused of killing three men in West Hollywood in August.

[Update Sept. 21] Harold Yong Park pleaded "not guilty" to all charges. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 28 at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. 

Arraignment is scheduled Tuesday morning for Harold Yong Park, who is accused of fatally shooting three men Aug. 26 during a failed drug deal in West Hollywood.

The 31-year-old was charged Sept. 1 with three counts of capital murder, three counts of robbery, one count of transportation for sale of marijuana and one count of burglary with a gun, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

"The murders carry the special circumstances of multiple murders, murder during a robbery, murder for financial gain and murder during a burglary," said the L.A. District Attorney's Office in a statement on its website.  

The East Hollywood resident is accused of fatally shooting Pirooz Moussazadeh, 27; his brother, Shahriar Moussazadeh, 38; and Bernard Khalili, 27.

Their bodies were discovered Aug. 26 in an apartment on the 600 block of North Kings Road in West Hollywood.

At the time of Park's arrest, deputies allegedly discovered several pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.

Park will be arraigned Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at the Beverly Hills Courthouse.
