Robert Downey Jr.'s Son Thrown in West Hollywood Jail

He was arrested on the suspicion of possessing cocaine.

The 20-year-old son of actor Robert Downey, Jr. spent about nine hours in jail in West Hollywood after sheriff's deputies arrested him with what they believed was cocaine, a sergeant said today.

Indio Falconer Downey was booked into the West Hollywood Jail one hour after his 2:20 p.m. Sunday arrest on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, believed to be cocaine, said Sgt. Dave Valentine of the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station. He also had some drug paraphernalia, Valentine said.

Downey was released at 12:19 a.m. today on $10,250 bail, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's inmate records.

He is an actor known for his work in the 2005 movie "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang," which also featured his father.
