No Validity Yet to Lohan's Alleged Assault

Detectives are still investigating a woman's claim that actress Lindsay Lohan assaulted her in a West Hollywood nightclub.

Detectives have yet to determine the validity of a woman's accusation that Lindsay Lohan pushed and shoved her at a local nightclub.

TMZ reported over the weekend a woman filed an incident report late Saturday with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station alleging battery. She claims Lohan "began pushing and shoving her" for talking to one of Lohan's male friends.

The celebrity news website reported early Monday that Lohan is adamant she did not fight with anyone because she did not leave her home Thursday night.
