Man Found Dead in Car in West Hollywood

The man was reported to be in his 20s. The cause of death has not been released.

A man was found dead in a car in West Hollywood today, authorities said.

Firefighters were dispatched to the area of Harper and Norton avenues at about 4:15 p.m. on a medical aid call, a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher said.

Coroner's Lt. Joe Bale said the man was reported to be in his 20s. The cause of death has not been released.

The watch commander at the sheriff's West Hollywood Station referred questions to the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau, which said that no information about the death was immediately available.
