Reality television star Kim Kardashian has decided that she will press charges against the during an event Thursday at a West Hollywood hotel to launch her new fragrance.
The celebrity website TMZ reported that sources close to Kardashian said she does not feel the woman who threw the flour at her should get away with it and should be held accountable for her actions.
Kardashian did not press charges Thursday night because she did not want to take herself away from the event, which was for charity, according to TMZ.
She is expected to contact law enforcement in the next few days to tell them she wants to press charges.
The assault on Kardashian Thursday night at the in West Hollywood caused a momentary panic as those in attendance tried to figure out the nature of the white substance dumped on her.
Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene, as did firefighters. They quickly determined that Kardashian was struck by common flour. Her attacker briefly was taken into custody.
