Kim Kardashian Flour-Bombed at the London Hotel

The TV personality is assaulted with white powder on the red carpet while promoting her new fragrance in West Hollywood.

A woman threw powder at television personality Kim Kardashian at a West Hollywood hotel Thursday night, a sheriff's deputy said.

The woman was detained by security at the hotel in the 1000 block of San Vicente Boulevard, near Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Peter Gomez said.

Kardashian told deputies she did not want to press charges and a non-criminal battery report was taken, Gomez said.

Kardashian returned to her room where she removed powder from her hair and clothing and returned to the event she was hosting, Gomez said.

Paramedics were summoned to the scene, but Kardashian declined medical attention, Gomez said.

The incident occurred at the where Kardashian was holding an event promoting her new fragrance line, True Reflection, the entertainment news website TMZ reported.

Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters took the powder and determined it was cooking flour, according to TMZ.

Deputies from the sheriff's West Hollywood Station responded to the possible battery call shortly before 8 p.m., Gomez said.

As much as I dislike her, it shows that she must have some class for not wanting to press charges against the woman who did it. I wouldn't have been as gracious. If you don't like the Kardashians, just ignore them. They will eventually go away. I just can't understand how people get so excited about a bunch of nit-wits who have done absolutely nothing to deserve this kind of attention and fame.

oh but West Hollywood will get those Kardashians ..... Just wait until they try to buy more fur to wear in The City of West Hollywood. Then we will see how funny it is when they can't buy any more fur .... what will they do or where will they go to buy fur? oh .... probably the same places they always have ... which aren't in the city of weho in the first place. Perhaps it is the Kardashians who the city should formally make a negative proclamation against for wearing fur in weho, which has decided to make it an action so against the City's morals as to warrant their passing a law to ban fur sales. What a mess of social responsibilities the current overlapping stupid top stories has been created by the city policing the morality of individuals.
