Senior Bullying at 24 hour fitness.

If you're a member of 24 hour fitness, in your sixties, about 1/3 the size of some of the members, and there is only this one really big heavy guy on duty, watch out.  This last Saturday, for no good reason, he stood in front of me and refused to move for several seconds until I finally ran out, with him laughing. Think management would have no tolerance for such bullying behavior against a senior (See California Penal Code Section 368)? Think again. All I am asking for is assurances that this guy will not harass me any further. The local manager has thus far refused to grant me even that much. He needs to "talk to the people involved." Well, there were but two people involved: one (me) was talking to him on the phone, while the other was standing next to him. No, he needs 3 days. For what? To concoct a good story with the help of club attorneys? The fact of the matter I was so far in the hall where this occurred that my right my right arm was touching the wall. This hall is about 8 foot wide. What was I supposed to do? Jump over him? Move to the left to see if he would still block me? Well I wasn't there to play such childish games.
Bottom line: the City of West Hollywood needs to know that this is going on and consider new ordinances to combat the ever growing phenomenon of senior bullying. As for me, I could never feel at ease in that club again, especially now that I know management fully stands behinds it bullies.  Such ordinances won't help me, but they might force the management of that club to start showing some respect to its older members.
