Melrose Ave Turning Into One Marble Slab After Another

Does anyone in WeHo care about the destruction of Melrose Ave. between La Cienega and San Vicente? In the last year far more bungalows housing local businesses have been torn down to make way for more marble edifices. What happened to the charm of a once wonderful stretch of our City and how long before the City blesses the demolition of the last few remaining unique shops?
