Week in Review: Olympian, Guitar Sculpture and Refurbished Cinemas

In preparation for the Sunset Strip Music Festival to be held Aug. 17-19, as part of Gibson Guitartown II. Each of the nine sculptures is individually decorated with specific rock and roll themes. Scottish singer-songwriter Donovan was on hand to autograph the guitar dedicated to him.

The refurbished , the company founded by actor Robert Redford. Showing independent and foreign movies, the cinemas will have stadium seating, rocking love seats and digital projection.
