The Forecast: Mostly Sunny

It's going to a mostly sunny Valentine's Day in West Hollywood. The National Weather Service forecasts a high near 63, with wind 5 to 10 miles per hour becoming west. Weather in the evening will be partly cloudy, with a low around 46.
