The Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights kicks off the fourth annual Gay & Lesbian Play Reading Festival. On the bill are seven short plays: ``The Skanky Ho and Her Halfwit Brother'' by Dan Berkowitz, ``Flight'' by Joe Godfrey, ``Significant Others'' by Susan Hunter, ``Coffee and Paul'' by B.V. Marshall, ``Date N' Switch'' by Felix Racelis, ``Moon Dancers'' by Mary Steelsmith and ``The Tao of Fruit'' by Lucy Wong. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. at the , 7051 Santa Monica Boulevard. The festival concludes June 23. Admission is free.
