Sunday's Scoop: Free Dinner, Open Businesses and Warm Weather

Greetings, and welcome to today's City Scoop. Here's what's happening Christmas Day in West Hollywood:

Free Dinner:  will continue its annual tradition of spreading holiday cheer by providing free Christmas dinners to comedians, actors and anyone who is alone for the holiday. Food will be served at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and  7 p.m. We hear Arsenio Hall, Dane Cook, Tom Arnold, Richard Lewis, Paul Rodriguez, Jamie Kennedy and other top comedians will be on hand to help serve guests as well as perform. 

Open for Business: Want to entertain your out of towners? Looking to get a bite to eat? Well not everything is closed for business today. Check out this list of businesses in West Hollywood that are . 

Parking Enforcement: In observance of Christmas Day, permit parking and associated time limits as well as peak hour towing restrictions will not be enforced in the city of West Hollywood. Enforcement of permit parking, parking time limits and peak hour towing restrictions will resume Monday.

Weho Weather: Expect a sunny day and a high near 81, according to the National Weather Service. Weho will see mostly clear skies with calm wind. Temperatures will drop to around 50.

Mark Your Calendar: The city of West Hollywood will offer  from Dec. 27 through Jan. 15. Just place your tree at the curb for collection on your regular trash day. The city is asking residents to remove all decorations and the tree's base. Do not place your tree in a plastic bag. Doing so can prevent your tree from being recycled and/or picked up.
