In honor of Earth Day, Bristol Farms grocery store on Beverly Blvd (at Doheny) is hosting a Healthy Lifestyle and Workout Fair. Celebrity trainer Dion Jackson will demonstrate various workout routines including yoga, kickbox cardio, kettlebell and zumba. The purpose of the demonstrations, Jackson says, is to show “how fun being healthy and fit can be.” Food demonstrations will also be included. The Workout Fair runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
