Here’s something that may help you get started on your workout plans. The “Buff and Cut!” fitness expo offers free fitness demonstrations and min-workout sessions with personal trainers, yoga, pilates and martial arts experts. Teen Disco Party

Get down tonight, or rather, this afternoon as the Friends of the West Hollywood Library hosts a disco party for teens featuring Dance Dance Revolution and prizes. It’s a chance to show off your dance skills, check out some books and have fun. The disco party starts at 1 p.m. in the . Admission is free.

Bathhouse Show

You don’t have to go on a cruise to see Atlantis Cruise staple Shawn Pelofsky crack jokes. Just go to the and check out “The Bathhouse Show,” a night of gay filled laughs. Joining Pelofsky are comics Nina Manni, Guy Branum and Clownvis Presley, plus the Bathhouse Babe Dancers. Showtime is 8 p.m.
