Come out to West Hollywood Park for this fun and exciting event! Prizes for guardians and pets will be awarded in several different categories including: Scariest Costume, Look-Alike Pets (and guardians), Most Creative Costume, Most Colorful Costume and Bests Costume. All pets must be in good health, restrained by leashes (or other means) and have ALL applicable immunizations. Proof must be shown. Cost is free.
